Fruited Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
- 4 cooked skinless, boneless chicken breasts
 - 1 stalk celery
 - 70g onion
 - 1 medium apple
 - 50g seedless red grapes
 - 50g seedless green grapes
 - 70g canned water chestnuts
 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
 - 170g mayonnaise
 
Preparation:
Dice chicken. Chop celery, onion and apple. Drain and chop water chestnuts. In a large salad bowl, combine the chicken, celery, onion, apple, grapes, water chestnuts, pepper, curry powder and mayonnaise. Toss all together. Serve immediately or chill for later.
