Ingredients:

  • 4 cooked skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 70g onion
  • 1 medium apple
  • 50g seedless red grapes
  • 50g seedless green grapes
  • 70g canned water chestnuts
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 170g mayonnaise


Preparation:

Dice chicken. Chop celery, onion and apple. Drain and chop water chestnuts. In a large salad bowl, combine the chicken, celery, onion, apple, grapes, water chestnuts, pepper, curry powder and mayonnaise. Toss all together. Serve immediately or chill for later.
